Developed a campaign promoting a millage to benefit Asheboro City (N.C.) Schools, called "We have Class," including:

● A newsletter mailed to residents, staff and students;
● A grant for a new after-school program;
● Monthly awards for deserving employees, teachers and students;
● Speakers addressing voters' concerns;
● Marketing materials.

Asian Programs Foundation

Redesigned, wrote and edited web site for organization promoting international trade through cultural and business exchange of ideas.

Cape Cod Foundation
Barnstable, Mass.

Wrote and edited the organization's 2007 Annual Report.
● Developed news releases for reginal and national distribution.
● Contributed feature articles for Foundation's newsletter.

Chatham Historic Preservation Society
Chatham, Mass.

● Developed promotion materials, press releases and brochure content for 2007 Annual Historic Preservation Awards and Homes Tour.

St. Christopher's Church, Chatham, Mass.

Developed various marketing and communications materials,
● Designed website (www.stchristopherschatham.org). The site reflects the vitality of the church with a front, calendar, events page and photo gallery updated weekly. A special services page provides information and forms for weddings, baptisms and funerals.
● Updated and expanded monthly newsletter, Soundings.

● Developed media strategies and contact lists for press releases on newsworthy events.
● Created materials to promote various projects, such as posters, fliers, postcards, letters and brochures.

Harwich (Mass.) High School Friends of the Arts

 Wrote and distributed fliers and brochures for annual fund-raising event;
● Developed uniform logo and design used on all marketing materials and stationery:
● Designed web site and wrote its content.

The Arts

Lynn Van Dine is an authority on folk and decorative arts in New England. She's the author of The Search for Peter Hunt, a book about a famous Cape Cod artist, and has written articles about art and artists for magazines, websites and exhibition catalogues, including The Fathers of American Decorative Painting for the Decorative Arts Society of America.
    She also wrote the narrative wall guides of the Peter Hunt Exhibit at the Pilgrim Monument & Provincetown Museum in Provincetown (May-November, 2005).
    Van Dine also gives talks and presentations on folk art, Peter Hunt and marketing art work.

  
 

Book campaign

Marketing and publicity campaign for Lynn Van Dine's biographic novel, The Search for Peter Hunt:

● Designed web site timed for the book's release. Features include online contributors, a gallery of Hunt's work and detailed biographical information.
● Organized newspaper and radio interviews keyed to appearances and book signings.
● Wrote and scheduled speeches incorporating Powerpoint presentations for groups of interested readers.
● Developed branding campaign using the book's cover on collateral marketing materials.
